As a Software Engineer, you’ll contribute to building large, scalable distributed systems using both in-house and open-source technologies. Your work will involve:
- Designing and developing APIs and backend functionalities for ACC & compute applications.
- Owning the end-to-end development of core app frameworks with an emphasis on performance, usability, and reliability.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand the business domain and product goals.
- Innovating by adopting and contributing to open-source technologies and community best practices.
- Ensuring code quality through test-driven development and continuous integration.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of Java, REST APIs, and service-oriented architecture.
- Experience in web app development, design patterns, and test-driven development.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins), Git, Docker, SQL databases, and JSON.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaboration within Scrum teams.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical ideas clearly.
