Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Build cutting-edge systems to drive, support and enable students and mentors in their education journey.
2. Support development and production systems towards student learning goals and broader business goals.
3. Work on computer-science related authoring flows (content and then systems) to enhance learning outcomes of students.

1. You are in your 3rd/4th year of your B.Tech in Computer Science (2026/2027 Passouts) and are able to join us in office for internships (and then potential PPO).
2. 350 or more GitHub Commits in a Year and a minimum GitWeek Streak of 35 Weeks.
3. Top 15% Rank in LeetCode.
4. You want a fast-paced, high intensity work environment which optimizes for learning and growth over other aspects.
5. A good portfolio of impactful projects or work to showcase your skills.Strong proficiency in web-technologies (or adjacent technologies).
6. Interested in being accountable to delivering assigned work. We’re not looking for task doers – you contribute with ideas on how to improve whatever you’re on.
7. You care about the problem statement: “let’s improve education”. If you won’t you may not be able to give your all to this role.
8. Able to take directional guidance and mentorship, and consistently learn and deliver. We’re not looking to spoon-feed, we’re looking to supercharge your existing skill and hunger for growth.
9. You want to optimize for learning and growth above all else for the next few years.
10. You care more about problem solving, than specific technologies. We will use whatever it takes to solve problems for our users (students!).
11. You want to get your hands dirty on the ground if needed, teaching students, collaborating with campus managers, etc, to understand problems and drive solutions.

On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 700000 to 850000/year
A. Internship Details:
1. Location: In-office in Bangalore
2. Work Mode: Hybrid, 2 days/week in office (Wed & Saturday) and other 4 Days (Work from Home) Timings: 6-days a Week, 9:30AM to 6.30PM
3. Duration of internship: 6 months (Up to Completion of your Graduation, whichever is later.)
4. Stipend: Rs. 20,000/Month.
5. PPO: Basis performance in internship. Broadly, with your first 3 months of work we’ll be able to give you feedback on your performance and PPO options.
6. CTC After Conversion to Full Time: A) Rs. 8.5 LPA [Rs. 7 LPA as Fixed + Rs. 1.5 LPA as Performance Bonus] + B) Rs. 1.5 Lakhs of ESOPs
