Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch innovative products and services.
- Build advanced technologies within a large-scale distributed computing environment.
- Develop solutions for running predictions on distributed systems using modern, high-speed technologies.
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant, and low-cost storage, indexing, and query systems.
- Solve broad, undefined engineering problems by designing clean, efficient code.
- Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality, production-ready software.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong fundamentals: object-oriented design, algorithms, data structures, problem-solving, and complexity analysis.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C/C++, or Perl.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical internships.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, algorithms, and relational databases.
- Understanding of optimization concepts (linear and nonlinear programming).
- Ability to clearly explain technical challenges and solutions.
- Strong abstract thinking skills and the ability to work through ambiguous problems.
