In this role, you’ll be the voice of the customer — connecting directly with users, identifying key pain points, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with customers via calls, chats, and emails to understand their needs, feedback, and challenges.
- Analyze user behavior and identify patterns, friction points, and potential areas for product or process improvement.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to relay insights and prioritize impactful feature updates.
- Support in refining communication strategies (WhatsApp, Email, Push Notifications) to boost engagement and issue resolution.
- Manage and interpret customer data using Excel or Google Sheets to uncover trends and performance metrics.
- Document and share key learnings, FAQs, and customer feedback themes for cross-team knowledge sharing.
What We’re Looking For
- Basic knowledge of SQL (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — empathetic, clear, and confident in handling customer interactions.
- A curious and analytical mindset — someone who always asks “why” and seeks the root cause of problems.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for organizing, filtering, and analyzing data.
- A collaborative, proactive, and problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
