- Lead client go-lives by translating enterprise requirements into functional GenAI deployments — scoping, coding, testing, and shipping within tight timelines.
- Build custom integrations — REST/webhook connectors, event pipelines, and data syncs that connect our AI agents with CRMs, OMS, ERPs, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop GenAI workflows — orchestrate RAG pipelines, prompt chains, and fine-tuning jobs using tools like LangChain and PGVector.
- Design deployment architectures on AWS/GCP, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform/Helm for scalable, secure environments.
- Monitor and optimize latency, token usage, and error budgets while maintaining uptime above 99.9%.
- Document reusable SDKs, playbooks, and Infrastructure-as-Code modules to accelerate future deployments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Core Engineering teams to shape product roadmap and ensure high-quality delivery.
Must-Have Skills
- 1–3 years of experience building backend/integration solutions for SaaS or platform products.
- Proficiency in Python or Node.js (FastAPI, Django, or Express).
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and database systems (PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one cloud provider (AWS or GCP).
- Hands-on experience with Git, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions).
- Strong debugging skills — ability to trace requests across logs, services, and message queues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with LLM/GenAI tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack.
- Familiarity with vector databases (PGVector, Pinecone).
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SNS/SQS).
- Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Pulumi) and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
- Awareness of security & compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and secrets management (Vault, AWS KMS).
