Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and product-driven Software Engineer – Web to join our dynamic web team. In this role, you will be responsible for building fast, scalable, and user-friendly web applications that serve millions of users every day.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build, enhance, and maintain responsive and interactive web applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver smooth and intuitive user experiences.
  • Own the complete development lifecycle—from planning and architecture to deployment and monitoring.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, SEO, and accessibility.
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code using modern web technologies.
  • Identify performance issues, troubleshoot bugs, and implement solutions proactively.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical decision-making.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of front-end development experience with strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and modern web technologies.
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
  • Strong understanding of web performance, browser behavior, and SEO fundamentals.
  • Solid problem-solving skills with knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, and build tools like Webpack or Vite.
  • Experience writing tests using tools like Jest or React Testing Library.
  • Good understanding of UI/UX principles and high attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering.
  • Exposure to internationalization, A/B testing, or analytics integrations.
  • Prior experience in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
